DETERMINACION DE SALMONELLA spp:
Se toman 25 grs de la muestra en forma estéril y se colocan en frascos de 250ml con 225ml de caldo Lactosado (medio de preenriquecimiento), incubandose 24 hs a 37ºC, luego se traspasan 10 ml de el cultivo a 90 ml de caldo Rappaport(medio selectivo) y se incuban las siguientes 24 hs a 37ºC, al cumplir éste tiempo se siembra con ansa en placas de XLD Agar, incubandose nuevamente 24 hs a 37ºC
