What does "lot selling worth 20%" here mean?

"Total benefits: To provide special incentive to drive distribution in OT sebment with lot selling worth 20% and 17% discount with POSM support."

It is no quite clear what they mean, but it seems like they are giving a 20% commission for selling lot-size quantities and 17% discount from that if marketing support is required.
They could also be selling real estate lots.???
