That's what I thought; it just looks strange immediately following km.adv. (legal adviser to the government). Yes, **** is the solicitor's name.

agree Adrian MM. (X) : often Counsel/lawyer gets round the Irish/English Barrister = Scots Advocate vs. Solicitor divide.
