Dvs. den sidste del af processen - jeg formoder det er der hvor man syr stoffet til tøj. Tøjet bliver jo så til det der hedder "ready-made clothes", men hvad kaldes processen?

Verbet er ikke to confect , men to "confection" -
confection - confectioned - confectioning;
ex the shirt has been confectioned in such and such a way
