I would opt for Board to distinguish from the 'districtsraad', which I would translate as 'council' - but that's a personal choice...

Dankjewel, ik heb dit werk pas een paar maanden gedaan, en krijg veel vraag voor Belgisch naar Engels werk, vooral juridisch natuurlijk, maar daarin zijn de taal verschillen met Nederlands enorm(-:
