prijevod or tumachenje

with all due respect to Mira Brown, "prevod" is Serbian word and would not be apprecciated in Croatia at all. "Prijevod" is still in common use in Croatia, but for a translator they would rather use "Tumach"
Remark: Read "CH" like in word charter!

prijevod

As Croatian has a very rich morphology, this noun can different affixes (Cases) depending on the context.

Plural would be "prijevodi".
