the other party commits a fundamental breach of this Agreement (including but not limited e.g. to selling OEM or otherwise bundled Products unbundled, abuse of project specific procurement terms and conditions for other customers) which, in the case of a breach capable of being remedied, is not remedied within 30 days of a written request to do so;
