sometimes you need to hold from both sides (i.e. to use both hands) if you want to tighten a bolt.

not dynamo rotors or rotating gates.
the possibility to tighten anything on your product using only hand/arm instead of both is certainly worth bragging about, and here it concerns "Aerospace anti-loose mounting bolts" - you don't need to hold these bolt with one hand while turning them with the other hand - "anti-loose mounting bolts" are not going anywhere - (they stay attached to main part) they are not going to fall off and roll in some corner where you can't get them out ...

Or, perhaps it does mean that it can be tightened using just one hand. Should one guess that "arm" is a mistake for "hand"? or that it relates to tightening each arm of the rotor independently? or that it means that tightening only needs to be carried out to one arm of the rotor?
It's essential to try to be aware of alternative meanings, rather than getting fixated on the first one that you think of.
Which BTW seems to me pretty obvious (having some practical experience maybe makes a difference?), never mind all the puns you can make - you forgot the "One Arm Bandit" ...

Compared to some other "Chinese English" it's not that bad.
