@Asker "Point de changement d'itinéraire"? As a matter of fact, I could not find an electrological term in French, no matter how I searched and googled. I apologize and wish you the best.

@ Asker My major client working in this sort of field uses 'cheminement', among other terms; but the route actually taken is referred to (most of the time) as the 'tracé'
Some professionals in the field actually use the EN word 'routing' (though I've not personally encountered the use of the noun 'route' in FR)
