Non-PRO English to Romanian Bus/Financial

In consideration of the bank entering the agreement and in order to induce the bank to make or agree to make disbursements or other financial accomodations under or in connection with the agreement including renewals or extensions of the advances and the making of Drawdawns thereunder to the borrower, the borrower and the bank entered a security agreement evidencing the creation of first ranking movable security in respect of certain rights.
