Visa B2B Connect Service Pricing

Standard fees to implement and participate in the Visa B2B Connect Service are as follows.
The Standard Fees set forth in this Exhibit A will be in effect for a period of 5 years (“Initial Term”) from the date of the first commercial non-test Transaction (“Commercial Launch Date”). Following the Initial Term, the then current Standard Fees (as updated by Visa from time to time) will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the Initial Term, Visa will waive the License Fee for each of the first two annual periods of the Initial Term (with the first annual period beginning on the Commercial Launch Date). Visa will also reduce the License Fee for each of the last three annual periods of the Initial Term. Having said this, the reduction of the License Fee for the third, fourth and fifth annual periods of the Initial Term applies, so long as the Participant processes at least 5,000 Outbound Transactions during each of the third, fourth and fifth annual periods of the Initial Term.
