neutral Chicago-Bosnian : word "a lot" was added to the translation, which wasnt mentioned originally.

Suzana, zelim vam mnogo srece na novom poslu.

OR Suzana zelim vam mnogo srece u buducem poslu.

It' the polite form. If we know Suzana very well then we can say : "Zelim ti..."

I would like to point out that my translation is not a literal one! And I added \"I wish you...\" and \"a lot\" because it is more natural than simply translating word per word.

The elements I added are implied in English, thus not needed to be said!

hvala ;)
neutral TBQGS (X) : zelim vam... where from?

"zelim vam "= " I wish you..." is implied.
disagree Chicago-Bosnian : too personal, added "I wish u", added " a lot".

as far as the literal translation is concerned I agree with you, but naturally you would say as I or some other colleagues proposed.
