Comprobante de transferencia
Según la referencia que indica, yo diría que puede ser comprobante de transferencia ya que es un aviso de que se realizó dicha transacción. Habría que ver como es esa orden de acreditación ya que esta existe y es un formulario.

: aviso is an advice or notice, rather than a certificate, despite your usual, lethargic lack of references.

Acta de ejecución de transferencia bancaria
Acta rather than acto, though certificado is of course an alternative for those of us who have worked in banking.
Example sentence:
Por tanto, la transferencia no es sino una ejecución de obligaciones

: Dont' think 'acta' is the right choice here.

Acta is a cert. + would be notarially 'certifiable' as a true translation. Comprobante or justificante is more like a voucher // Re your discussion entry, these certs. are notarially certifiable or were authenticated by me as an ex-Commissioner for Oaths.

Acta is a certificate would have been notarially 'certifiable' as a true translation at our Central London notarial office. Comprobante is more like a voucher and jusificante is proof https://leyes-ar.com/acta_de_transferencia_la_pampa/3.htm
