Hola, creo que la traducción de este término es "excluir de aplicación a", pero no logro darle sentido completo a la frase. Es la siguiente:
"Would you be willing to 'grandfather' and apply current temporary contractor's credit (hours worked, etc.)towards your current benefits elegibility requirements?"
