Registro de técnicos para el servicio de apoyo post venta (postventa)
Pienso que se trate de un registro (Charter - Carta) de "técnicos competentes" o "técnicos aprobados" para dar servicio de apoyo postventa. Al parecer esa compañía farmaceutica tiene su propria Carta. En la OMS hay algo sobre estos tipos de servicios al cliente pero no encuentro nada más específico, quizás otro colegar pueda ayudar.
