English term

him, them or any of them thereunto to compel

English to Spanish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
Aparece en un poder:

AND in any case of neglect, refusal or delay on the part of any person or persons to make and render a just, true and full account, payment, delivery and satisfaction in the premises, him, them or any of them thereunto to compel, and for that purpose for me and in my name to make such claims and demands, arrests, seizures, levies, attachments, distraints and sequestrations, or to commence, institute, sue and prosecute to judgment and execution such actions, ejectments and suits as my said attomey(s) shall thínk fit.

Discussion

thereunto and context unto is equivalent to "to" and to "towards", and that could be rendered as "regarding that". So, we need to know to what refers this "that", this "unto". So we need more context. Are they talking about a "rent agreement"?. Then "thereunto" could refer to the owner of the premises.

Saludos.
