Estoy atascado con esta cláusula de un contrato entre una multinacional y un distribuidor, y no entiendo ni sé cómo traducir el fragmento que está entre paréntesis. Agradeceré cualquier ayuda que me podáis brindar. Podría adjuntar más contexto, pero no creo que contribuyera a aclarar nada, la verdad.
"No Party shall have any authority to legally bind the other in any way whatsoever. In all of their respective performance hereunder, the Parties are acting solely as independent contractors". / Ninguna Parte tendrá autoridad para vincular legalmente a la otra en modo alguno. (In all of their respective performance hereunder) las Partes actúan únicamente como contratistas independientes.
