I'm translating a business diploma and one of the subjects studied is 'Conduite des collaborateurs'. My best guess would be employee management/supervision. Any ideas?

I think that leadership is the sense of "conduite" in this context. Team leadership can refer to informal or ad hoc teams of co-workers. Leadership (unlike management), implies personal qualities, rather than hierarchical status.

Employee/team management/leadership/supervision all seem reasonable, depending on context.
"Leading the staff" was used in the example below.
