I am hoping some of you legal eagles can shed some light on this expression. Context is a ruling by the Court of Appeal.
Par jugement en date du JJ/MM/YYYY, réputé contradictoire, ****rendu sur assignation**** en date du JJ/MM/YYYY, le juge de l’exécution du tribunal de grande instance de (VILLE) a, notamment, liquidé l’astreinte prononcée par la cour d’appel de (VILLE) le JJ/MM/YYYY à la somme de XXX euros, condamné in solidum M. (NOM) et la société (NOM) à payer à M. (NOM) la somme de XXX euros au titre de la liquidation de cette astreinte.

By court ruling dated DD/MM/YYYY, following proceedings in which all parties are deemed to have been given notice and an opportunity to be heard, (****rendu sur assignation**** ???) on DD/MM/YYYY, the juge de l’exécution (NB: I have already included a translator’s note explaining the role of the juge de l’exécution) of the Regional Court of (CITY) has, in particular, fixed the coercive fine ordered by the Court of Appeal of (CITY) on DD/MM/YYYY in the amount of EUR XXX, ordered in solidum Mr. (NAME) and the company (NAME) to pay Mr. (NAME) the sum of EUR XXX as payment of this fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, many thanks in advance !
