I found "EU Allowance" for "EU-Berechtigung", but with definition as follows: "EU-Berechtigung: EU Allowance, Emissionsrecht, das im Rahmen des EU-weiten Handels mit Emissionszertifikaten (Emission Trading System, ETS) ausgegeben wird." I don't think the "fachliche EU-Berechtigung" I am looking for has anything to do with emission trading.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
