Ganz einfach hier eigentlich :-) Schließen = heranziehen, Öffnen = wegdrücken (oder eben "abdrücken", "spingere via") wie hier formuliert).

Ho difficoltà a capire il contesto, anche perché queste "ferramenta scorrevoli in parallelo a ribalta" mi suonano molto strane. Mi viene però da pensare a quel tipo di apertura, di cui sono dotati molti battenti, che prevede di premere in un punto per sbloccare, per poi aprire il battente. Pensi he possa adattarsi al tuo contesto?
