N.D. : North Dakota

Declined
If it is a U.S.A. law it could be refered to North Dakota state law. I cannot not be sure though.

disagree Nadia-Anastasia Fahmi : The asker is asking about the Greek "N." and "Ν.Δ." See explanation below

N. = Nόμος / N.D. = Νομοθετικό Διάταγμα (Ν.Δ.)

Ν. = Nomos / N.D. = Nomothetiko Diatagma (words accented as per greek text)
N (Nomos) = Law / N.D. (Nomothetiko Diatagma) = Law Decree
