There's no other relevant description in the immediate context (which is just puff about cocktails and special offers).
It sounds a bit like a Jacuzzi, but since that's a proprietary name, I'd prefer to avoid it.

I think you basically sit in a kind of pool and have air bubbles blown up you (only I assume it's nicer than it sounds). I don't think it's an actual bed; can't be sure though.

water or hydro jet massage bed

This is a possibility and gets quite a few hits. The only doubt I have is that it seems to refer to a huge range of jacuzzi type baths and beds.

Effervescent pool / Effervescent swimming pool

This is one idea. I thought that maybe the idea of using "bed"-associated words might not work so well in English . So maybe describing exactly what it is might be an option.
Example sentence:

"Gellert's effervescent swimming pool is a major attraction at the spa."

These release air bubbles instead of water jets. I have found that international travel sites advertise them as being "bubble seats".
