deposit(s) of therapeutic mud
There are many examples online:
http://urlPass.com/4wgt: In Ukraine there are 400 springs of mineral water and more than 100 deposits of therapeutic mud were explored.
You may also say "resource(s), bed or field", but the deposit is the most popular term when talking about therapeutic mud.

Example sentence:
The many hours of sunshine and the high salinity of the waters of the Mar Menor have also encouraged significant deposits of therapeutic mud to build up over the centuries.

: These "deposits" are outside, in the wild. "Mud bath" is definitely the correct term. "Bath" does not just mean „vonia“; it can be a big bathing place like a swimming pool. That's how the town "Bath" in England was named. And the Roman bath (pool).

See the meaning of "telkinys" in any dictionary of Lithuanian language. Deposits (telkinys!) are located outside and mud is transported from the deposits to baths for use by patients. We're not talking about Roman times, but about Lithuania nowadays:-)

: In Lithuanian, "telkinys" (deposit, field, bed, bank) is not the same as "vonia" (bath)

Do more research. In spas everywhere they talk about "mud baths" – which can be the size of (small) swimming pools.

ie. the only one, which has its own deposit/resource of therapeutic mud and in their website they clearly say that the mud is exacavated/transported from the quarry (the quarry is not used for bathing directly, so cannot be called "bath", but is deposit(s)/resource):

Sanatorija vienintelė Lietuvoje turi nuosavą gydomojo purvo telkinį bei du mineralinio vandens gręžinius, esančius daugiau kaip 300 metrų gylyje
