Parece-me que algo não faz sentido no contexto original. Da forma que está redigido o texto, a ação de operar no mercado automotivo ocorreu antes de terem começado como funcionários e colaboradores do Trescinco Group!

Sugiro pedir esclarecimento ao cliente. Via de regra, redação ruim resulta em tradução ruim.
