Russian term

Logarifmirovanie + potencirovanie

Russian to English Tech/Engineering
For those who asked for additional context:
"Matematicheskii processor uskoriaet funkcii logarifmirovania, potenciirovania, operatcii s vektorami, figurami... etc.... v neskolko raz po sravneniu s universalnym processorom".
I was hoping someone might either confirm or disprove my choice of English terms (taking the log and taking the antilog). To those who quoted reference materials - THANKS!

Complete confirmation

I can only confirm your choice of taking log and taking antilog though you can find other variants. For example though rather a good A.J. Lohwater's Russian-English Dictionary of Mathematical Sciences offers not the best of possible translations. Other sources are better.
Good luck!

taking the logarithm + exponentiating

Hi Yuri,
In this context you can use, e.g. ... the mathematical processor accelerates by several times (makes several times faster) both taking logarithms and exponentiating if one compares it with an universal porcessor...

One other advice is to connect directly to a prof in math&compsci (eg, look to description of members). Lohwater is not absolutely avtoritative in some cases since it is dedicated mostly to the pure part of maths.

finding logarithms and antilogarithms

Your translation is correct. I pluralized the nouns, since one does this in English to suggest greater generality.

taking the logarithm; exponentiating

Taken from the Rus-Eng Dictionary of Math Sciences by A.J. Lohwater; American Math Society, Providence, Rhode Island
I'd suggest to change a sentnece structure a bit in order to properly introduce that first "taking the l...". Or boldly introduce "logarithming" to pair with "exponentiating".
