Di solito tendo ad essere più precisa possibile, ma in questo caso tralascerei "социальные". In Russia vi rientrano le spese previdenziali, sanitarie, beneficienza ed altro: https://school.kontur.ru/publications/180
In Italia proprio questo tipo di spese è di solito deducibile, mentre altre, come quelle di recupero edilizio o risparmio energetico, sono detraibili.

Ma per puntualizzare si potrebbe aggiungere, per esempio, "sostenuti con finalità sociali".
