: Мада, шта „би ваљало“ („...Act“ ili „Law on...“) нисам баш сигуран, само знам да се у Србији (а и у Хрватској) стриктно примењује римско, а не англосаксонско право, а „Act“ се користи углавном у законодавствима УК (Комонвелта) и САД.

can't see how to make it shorter without making it too vague.

- those who are supposed to be checked
here "obveznici zakona" are ONLY those who have the obligation to check with who they are dealing, NOT the persons to be verified/checked.
That should be reflected in the translation.
