: The first is OK, but the second is NOT acceptable: FCE is a specific award from a specific "certifying board", = B2 acc. to Common European Framework. As yet the EOIs aren´t giving out these "grades". But watch this space everyone!

: But so dangerous! (See my note above) Not to be confused with Certificate of Proficiency in English = C1 (see above)

de acuerdo, pero ese "peligro" será determinado por la contextualización y es la traductora quien tiene que decidir, yo sólo observo la traducción de "proficiency". Tb. puede usarse "certificate of proficiency" para evitar la homonimia.

please see note
as aceavila has pointed out, better to avoid anything like "proficiency" etc., and go for the more generic terms "elementary" "pre-intermediate" "intermediate" etc. In this case "elemental" -elementary and "aptitud" - intermediate, signifying an acceptable level

Sorry! "Aptitud" should be "advanced" - here are the five levels in English:
1st - Elementary
2nd - Pre-Intermediate
3rd - Intermediate
4th - Upper Intermediate
5th - Advanced
