Not sure (not enough context) as to whether "BT" in the original is superfluous. If this is a normal "acometida", it should always be in BT (or LV), which is what ALL domestic consumers get. Of course, big factories and even big shops might get their supply in "media tensión", and have a transformer "in-house".
