I know what casuistry is in philosophy/ethics (well, sort of), but I fail to see what it has to do with power plants.

In this particular case I don't think either of the "usual" translations (case history or casuistry) really work.

However, in this case "... stability parameters of the equipment temperature, in both directions..." would appear to be a readily understandable rendering of the sentence.
