As opposed to a grifo de entrada?
It doesn't make any sense. A grifo (tap, faucet), by definition is an "exit" device.
In any case, exit tap and outflow tap give dubious results, but just using "tap" seems a bit bold

: Theoretically, this expression could work; but this is just not common usage in this meaning in English. "Output tap" is a fairly common term in electronics, with an analogous meaning.: what is being let out is electrical current, not water.
