It says at the beginning: "En el supuesto de que alguno de los Coproductores hubiera descontado un futuro ingreso". This presumably means that one producer pays the others some of their income now, rather than in the future when the contract says it's due. In return for receiving the money early, they grant it a discount.

To discount means to reduce the value of, so "discount the value of" would be a tautology. But I'm sure no one would notice if you wanted to include those two extra words.
