I'm translating a menu. "Cabrito" is so strange to me I can't work out how to translate the whole thing: kid Milanese, breaded kid steak, breaded kid chops... ? Thanks for your help.

Yo normalmente lo traduzco también como "a la Milanese" (French - very often accepted and understood in BR English), but this version (which is what it is) is actually given in the Oxford Dict.
