short-iteration Agile methodology

Short Iterations:
Rather than releasing a large completed project at the end and overwhelming the customer, under the different agile methodologies, development teams incrementally release working features to the customer. This allows the customer to provide useful feedback and allow the development team to adjust accordingly. With regards to customer feedback, the agile manifesto values closely working with the customer the entire process, and highly values communication.

short-cycle AGILE methodology

Although the only result I got for the entire phrase appears in somebody's CV (see below), I agree with your own suggestion.

"Directed a team of onshore and offshore developers through the entire project using a short-cycle agile methodology; managed tasks, team collaboration, and ..."
Example sentence:

AGILE methodology is a practice that promotes continuous iteration of development and testing

agree philgoddard : Yes, but without the caps. Agile is not an acronym.

agile methodology of short cycles

I believe the text would translate as

"To ensure that the project was adjusted to the budget agreed with the client, iterative processes were carried out based on the agile methodology of short cycles and high involvement of all stakeholders..."

There are a range of agile methodologies including e.g. Agile modelling, Kanban and Scrum. (see https://www.sinnaps.com/en/project-management-blog/agile-pro... )

Short cycles are often referred to as sprints (see https://www.mitchlacey.com/intro-to-agile/scrum/the-sprint-c... and https://www.vic.gov.au/user-stories )
or iterations (see https://www.dummies.com/careers/project-management/scrum-act... )

One other main feature of agile methodologies is ensuring that all stakeholders collaborate closely (see https://www.cio.com/article/3156998/agile-project-management... ) and so, the "agile methodology" not only applies to the "short cycles" but also to the "high involvement of all interested parties".
