Hello, I just had my PC fixed and formatted so I had to reinstall Studio 2015 SP2 Freelance Plus version, but wasn't able to activate the product. What is the procedure for successful activation of the product? Do I have to return a license online before I can retrieve it again on this computer? I would appreciate support on this issue. I also have licenses for the previous version of Studio (2014, 2011 and 2009), do I need to reinstall them as well? Thanks in adv... Correct. Otherwise we would be able to have it on several PCs at the same time and that's not SDL's intention. Just log on your SDL account, go to licences and force return. Oh, you simply have to click on "return licence". It's on the right side of the licence itself. I do have it (mine is Studio 2014+). In any case, you have to have a "deactivate" option. Once you deactivate it, you can install it on another PC (or on the same PC if you formatted it). I hope it helps. Best regards | |
