Bio

I am a 14-year experience
French Translator and Proofreader, working with English and Spanish as source
languages. I graduated with a Master's degree in Translation
(French/Spanish/English), in 2006.

I work as a freelance
Translator since 2011 and I specialize in the fields of marketing, Human
Resources, tourism, communication and website localization.

In addition, I specialize
in the translation/adaptation of full-length films, short films, TV shows,
documentaries, reality shows and stand-up comedy
shows for subtitling. I have also gained a strong experience in the
translation/adaptation of series and documentaries for dubbing.

Besides, I have acquired
a strong knowledge of the software programs Microsoft Office; Trados Studio
(CAT tool); Monal Preview, GTS, Ooona and Sfera (for subtitling); Cappella and
TranStation (for dubbing).

Finally, I have developed
good terminology research skills through the different assignments I have been
involved in, and always work with dynamism and meticulousness.
