When a heart attack strikes, it doesn’t always feel the same in women as it does in men.
Women don't always get the same classic heart attack symptoms as men, such as crushing chest pain that radiates down one arm. Those heart attack symptoms can certainly happen to women, but many experience vague or even “silent” symptoms that they may miss.
Chest pain or discomfort. Chest pain is the most common heart attack symptom, but some women may experience it differently than men. It may feel like a squeezing or fullness, and the pain can be anywhere in the chest, not just on the left side.
Pain in your arm(s), back, neck, or jaw. This type of pain is more common in women than in men. It may confuse women who expect their pain to be focused on their chest and left arm, not their back or jaw. The pain can be gradual or sudden.
Stomach pain. Sometimes people mistake stomach pain that signals a heart attack with heartburn, the flu, or a stomach ulcer.
Shortness of breath, nausea, or lightheadedness. If you're having trouble breathing for no apparent reason, you could be having a heart attack, especially if you're also having one or more other symptoms. "It can feel like you have run a marathon, but you didn't make a move," Goldberg says. (etc)

Impending deadlines, last-minute meetings, an impromptu dinner date. These are just a few of many schedule conflicts that keep you from fitting in your evening workout. It's a common problem with an obvious yet seemingly impossible solution: Work out in the morning! We know, it's so hard to get up when you could snooze for another hour! But becoming a morning exerciser is doable (even if you've never been a morning person). Follow our step-by-step plan and you'll soon wonder how you ever started your day any other way!
SLOWLY START MOVING UP YOUR BEDTIME
Working out in the morning is counterproductive if you're not getting enough sleep (numerous studies have linked a lack of sleep to everything from weight gain to an increased diabetes risk, not to mention low energy and fatigue), and trying to wake up early if you aren't fully rested is even more difficult.
Your strategy: First, decide what time you'll need to start waking up to make your workout happen, and then calculate what your new ideal bedtime should be (most experts recommend 7-8 hours of sleep each night for best health and weight-loss results).
If you usually hit the sack at midnight, don't expect to start falling asleep at 9 p.m. right away. Start going to bed 15 minutes earlier each night until you gradually reach your ideal bedtime (and remember, the hours you spend in bed are not the same as hours spent sleeping, so be sure to allow yourself some time to unwind and fall asleep too). In the meantime, you can still fit in a morning workout! Use this "sleep transition" period to focus on shorter, targeted workouts. This fat-blasting routine only takes 10 minutes!

The glamorous bar at the Plaza Athénée is high end and high concept: bergère chairs redone as bar stools, an illuminated glass bar, a virtual fire, ipad menus and a pricing system intended to keep lesser mortals out. Located on fashion's happy valley, celebrities and beautiful people sip suave cocktails devised by director Thierry Hernandez, including the house black mojito, jelly shots, fashion ices and non-alcoholic fruit mocktails, accompanied by elegant nibbles. Late at night from Thursday to Saturday, the blue lighting glows red and a DJ plays electro rock.
Dungareed staff, formica tables, old posters and an incredible crush on the terrace: the Bar du Marché is just what it says, a market bar overlooking the rue du Buci food shops with a tongue-in-cheek populo touch. If the nearby Flore has become too establishment, the Bar du Marché has kept its St-Germain spirit, piling in international visitors and native (or would-be) germanopratins, in a cheerful convivial mix that is effortlessly hip. Best at apero hour or on weekend afternoons — although they also do an excellent omelette at lunch.

Lagonaki resort will be located within SEZ established on the territory of two adjacent regions - Adygeya Republic (Maykopskiy district) and Krasnodar region (Apsheronskiy district). According to the signed agreements governing the creation of the SEZ, the total area of the resort within Krasnodar region is 21,290 ha, within Adygeya Republic – 17,125 ha.
Lagonaki ski resort is located on Lagonaki plateau at an altitude between 1,134 and 2,498 m. The plateau is a part of Western Caucasus and is situated between valleys of the rivers Belaya and Pshekha. The Lagonaki plateau territory except for areas located in Apsheronskiy district of the Krasnodar region is included in the Caucasian state natural biosphere reserve.
The Black Sea coast is around 40 km away, and though there is no direct transport access there, the hiking trips over the mountains to the sea have been popular for a long time.
Surroundings
Plateau Lagonaki is a rather isolated area surrounded by mountains. Most settlements and cities of the Krasnodarskiy region and Adygeya Republic are located to the north of the plateau.
To the south there are almost no settlements in proximity. Sochi city is located to the south of Lagonaki resort, around 40 km straight ahead from the plateau.

I am a professional translator of English into Russian/Ukrainian. I also have a good level of German.
I graduated from Odessa National University, translation department in 2010. Since then I have been practicing and improving my language skills.
