My voicing vocabulary is one I consider, robust and well-rounded. Areas of expertise include any situation involving Government and/or business meetings/transactions, K-12 (Parent/teacher meetings, etc) Higher Education/College level experience (all types), Community work, Counseling sessions (Addiction, Death/Loss/Grief, Eating disorders, and Relationships), Medical (including routine services and serious emergency situations/surgeries) and any legal (experience working with all types of officers of the court and experience in Criminal, Civil, and Circuit Courtrooms). With a minor in Criminal Justice and a strong background interpreting in legal settings, clients have commented on my competency. My client VIP profile includes but is not limited to presidential candidates, prominent political figures, and well known Comedians. My limitations are around theatrical interpreting and tactile interpreting. Although I have done the work, I feel these areas are weak. On a personal note, for years I have been a Martial Arts student studying Kempo Karate. I adore many types of music and have danced (for pleasure) since birth. My love for my faith, my family, and my friends is unquestionable. In other words, I'm a loyal, fun-loving, workhorse of a MUTT. |
