La promotora ha puesto en el mercado la primera fase de Unic, formada por las primeras 58 viviendas con garaje y trastero de 1, 2, 3 y 4 dormitorios con precios que parten desde los 160.000 euros. El proyecto incluye bajos con terraza, áticos y dúplex como tipologías destacadas.
Cristina Andrés, gerente de promociones de AEDAS Homes en Levante y responsable del proyecto, ensalza “las calidades y las óptimas distribuciones de las viviendas, todas con terraza”. “Además”, añade, “la promoción, disfrutará de completas zonas comunes, dotadas de piscina, zonas ajardinadas, gimnasio y local social, entre otras”.
