Source text - English Article 3. The Loan
3.1. Financial conditions
The amount of the Loan granted is:
EUR 100 000 000
One hundred million euros
It shall be disbursed in Tranches. For each Tranche, the amount, the interest rate, the currency, the disbursement date, the repayment period and each party's accounts for remittance, shall be determined jointly by the Borrower and the Lender by fax. A Disbursement Agreement which specifies these conditions shall be drawn up at the time of disbursement substantially in the form set out in Appendix 2.
3.2. Disbursement
The Lender shall disburse the Loan in a minimum of two (2) Tranches. The amount of each Tranche shall be determined according to the State of Progress of Works and/or Projected State of Progress of Works. The signature of the Disbursement Agreement for the first Tranche must occur within twelve (12) months following the entry into force of the present Agreement as defined under Article 15. The first Tranche shall not exceed 50% of the approved Loan amount. Each subsequent Tranche can be disbursed only after the Borrower confirms in writing to the Lender, subject to compliance with article 4.2.2 below, the full Allocation of the previous Tranche

Para cada Tramo, el importe, el tipo de interés, la moneda, la fecha de desembolso, el período de reembolso y las cuentas bancarias de las partes se determinarán conjuntamente por el Prestatario y el Prestamista vía fax. En el momento del desembolso se redactará un Contrato de Desembolso que especifique estas condiciones y que deberá ajustarse al modelo incluido en el Anexo 2.
3.2. Desembolso
El Prestatario desembolsará el Préstamo como mínimo en dos (2) Tramos. El importe de cada Tramo se determinará en función del Estado de Avance de las Obras y/o del Estado de Avance Proyectado de las Obras.
La firma del Contrato de Desembolso para el primer Tramo deberá producirse dentro de los doce (12) meses siguientes a la entrada en vigor del presente Contrato, tal y como se define en el artículo 15. El primer Tramo no excederá el 50% del importe del Préstamo aprobado.
Cada Tramo subsiguiente podrá ser desembolsado únicamente después de que el Prestatario confirme por escrito al Prestamista la Asignación íntegra del Tramo anterior, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 4.2.2 siguiente.

Bis anhin wurden in der Schweiz die Baustoffe nach den Brandkennziffern (BKZ) klassifiziert. Es galt jedoch auch, die europäischen Klassifizierungen mit zu berücksichtigen. Dabei trat die Schwierigkeit auf, dass aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Prüfkriterien, diese den uns geläufigen BKZ nicht klar zugeordnet werden konnten.
Mit der Einführung der neuen Klassifizierung über die Brandverhaltensgruppen RF1 bis RF4 konnte diese Lücke geschlossen werden. Auf den ersten Blick scheinen die zahlreichen Tabellen zu verwirren. Wenn man sich aber vertieft mit der Logik befasst, erkennt man, dass es tatsächlich eine Vereinfachung gegenüber der früheren Rege- lung ist.
Die Brandverhaltensgruppen RF (reaction au feu) werden auch farblich unterschieden. In den neuen Vorschriften werden diese Farben konsequent bei allen Skizzen ver- wendet. Das ist sehr hilfreich bei der Umsetzung. Die Bezeichnung cr (comportement critique) definiert zusam- menfassend diejenigen Baustoffe, die ein kritisches Ver- halten aufweisen. Das kann aufgrund der Rauchent- wicklung und/oder dem brennenden Abtropfen etc. sein.
Mit den Zuordnungstabellen können nach SN EN klassi- fizierte Bauprodukte den Brandverhaltensgruppen zuge- ordnet werden. Die Zuordnungstabellen sind in verschie- dene Anwendungsbereiche, wie allgemeine Baupro- dukte, Bedachungen, elektrische Kabel etc. unterteilt.
Um die Zuordnung vornehmen zu können, müssen die Klassifizierungen in den Unterlagen zu den verwendeten Bauteilen aufgeführt sein.
Beispiel A2-s3,d2 → RF2 (cr):
A2→ Kein wesentlicher Beitrag zur Brandlast
s3→ starke Qualmbildung (kritisch)
d2→ brennend abtropfend (kritisch)

Hasta ahora los materiales de construcción en Suiza se vienen clasificando en función de los índices de fuego (BKZ). Sin embargo, también hay que tener en cuenta otras clasificaciones europeas. La dificultad en este caso es que, debido a que las pruebas se realizan con diferentes criterios, no se pueden establecer equivalencias claras entre los índices resultantes.
Con la nueva clasificación en grupos de comportamiento del fuego RF1 a RF4, los criterios podrán asimilarse. A primera vista los diferentes cuadros pueden confundirnos. Pero aplicando la lógica, se observa que en realidad lo que se ha hecho es simplificar la norma anterior.
Los grupos de reacción al fuego RF (reaction au feu) también se han diferenciado por colores. En la nueva normativa se utilizan estos colores en todos los bocetos, lo cual facilita bastante su comprensión y aplicación. La denominación cr (comportement critique) engloba a los materiales de construcción que presentan un comportamiento crítico. Esto puede deberse a la acumulación de humo, goteo, etc.
Las tablas de clasificación permiten asociar las clases de materiales de construcción según la norma SN EN a los grupos RF. Las tablas de clasificación se subdividen en diferentes ámbitos de aplicación, como productos generales para la construcción, techos, cables eléctricos, etc.
Para poder realizar la asignación al grupo RF las clasificaciones deberán venir indicadas en los documentos de los materiales utilizados.
Ejemplo A2-s3,d2 → RF2 (cr):
A2→ Sin contribución al fuego
s3→ Producción alta de humos (crítico)
d2→ Caída de gotas/partículas inflamadas (crítico)
