Bio

I am a native speaker both in Basque and Spanish. I have got a degree in English and Basque Philology and I am quite fluent in German. 

My first translations were for free for an NGO called Oscar Romero. We were a group of four friends who translated the Latinamerican Agenda from Spanish into Basque.

I took translation seriously foru years ago. I heve mainly worked for Pearson. However, my most remarkable achievement has been the complete works of Nigerian poet Christopher Okigbo, from English into Basque. The publishing house Susa published that work in April 2021.
