Source text - English The picture regarding the protection of fundamental rights
in Europe today increasingly looks like a patchwork, due to a
lack of coordination at different levels. Developments reinforcing
that picture include the emergence of different methodologies
for the application of fundamental rights, Constitution-based
challenges to European law by national Supreme Courts, codifications
of existing case-law and the creation of so-called
« hybrid » institutions.
The resulting complexity is a challenge for domestic courts,
a threat to the confidence of citizens and detrimental to the
fundamental rights themselves, their special role and authority
being gradually eroded by a general relativism.
EU-accession could have an anti-patchwork effect and
represent a chance for a general coordination of fundamental
rights in Europe.
Translation - Montenegrin Prikaz koji se tiče zaštite fundamentalnih prava u Evropi danas u sve većoj mjeri podsjeća na neskladan skup, usljed nedostatka koordinacije na različitim nivoima. Razvojni tokovi koji podupiru navedenu sliku uključuju pojavu različitih metodologija u cilju primjene fundamentalnih prava, izazova, zasnovanih na poštovanju ustavotvornih principa u duhu evropskog zakonodavstva od strane nacionalnih vrhovnih sudova, kodifikaciju postojeće sudske prakse kao i stvaranje takozvanih hibridnih institucija.
Složenost koja nastaje kao rezultat gore navedenih načela je izazov za domaće sudove, prijetnja u kontekstu pridobijanja povjerenja od strane građana i predstavlja štetu za opstanak samih fundamentalnih prava, ostvarivanje posebene uloge koju ista imaju, pri čemu se autoritet sudova postepeno urušava u duhu opšteg relativizma.
Pristupanje EU može da ima efekat saniranja neskladnih principa te da predstavlja priliku za sprovođenje opšteg procesa koordinacije fundamentalnih prava širom Evrope.

I have been engaged in Translating judgments/decisions of the European Court of Human Rights with respect to Montenegro for the purpose of their publication in the "Official Gazette of Montenegro; analyzing and translating action plans/reports in the execution procedure of judgments and decisions before the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.
I prove to possess valuable experience in international law, economics, banking, acquis communitaire, business administration and management, computer and information sciences, criminology, arts and culture, tourism and travel, marketing and advertising, ecology and environment.
