Deze combinatie ontstond voornamelijk uit wat men noemt de cucina povera, de arme keuken van de families in het zuiden die moesten vertrouwen op hun verbeelding om het gedurende eeuwen op te nemen tegen zware economische omstandigheden. Artikel 1
1. Deze Algemene Voorwaarden maken integraal deel uit van de tussen lessee en lessor gesloten Mantelovereenkomst en zijn van toepassing op de op basis daarvan te sluiten lease-overeenkomsten en tevens op alle offertes, opdrachten,
bestellingen, orderbevestigingen en contractspecificaties van of aan lessor ter zake van leasing.
2. Afwijkende bepalingen en wijzigingen zijn slechts van toepassing indien deze schriftelijk en door beide partijen ondertekend zijn overeengekomen.
GEBRUIKSRECHT
Artikel 2
1. Lessor blijft, behoudens het gestelde in artikel 21 lid 1, steeds eigenaar van het (de) geleaste voertuig(en), terwijl Lessee daarvan slechts het gebruiksrecht verkrijgt. Het is de Lessee derhalve verboden een voertuig te vervreemden,
te verpanden of anderszins te bezwaren, te verhuren of op enigerlei wijze aan derden in gebruik te geven of voor een ander doel te gebruiken dan waarvoor het voertuig is bestemd, dan wel rechten en verplichtingen voortvloeiende uit
bedoelde lease-overeenkomst aan derden over te dragen.
Artikel 3
1. De omstandigheid, dat het voertuig om welke reden dan ook niet kan worden gebruikt, laat onverlet de nakoming door Lessee van haar (betaling)verplichtingen uit hoofde van de lease-overeenkomst; evenmin geeft een dergelijke
omstandigheid Lessee enige (schade)aanspraak jegens Lessor.
Artikel 4
1. Bij beëindiging van de lease-overeenkomst is Lessee verplicht het voertuig terug
te brengen ten kantore van Lessor, dan wel naar een door Lessor aan te wijzen
plaats.
2. Bij inlevering wordt een inname rapport opgemaakt, dat door Lessee of de door
Lessee aangewezen persoon ondertekend dient te worden.
3. Onverminderd de verplichtingen van Lessee uit hoofde van het bepaalde in de
artikelen 5 lid 3 en 6 lid 3 is Lessee verplicht de niet-gemelde schade, die bij
inlevering blijkt, alsook de kosten van ontbrekende onderdelen terstond aan
Lessor te voldoen.
4. Bij inlevering is Lessee gehouden de kentekenbewijzen deel I en II aan Lessor te
overhandigen; wanneer Lessee hiermee in gebreke blijft na ingebrekestelling, is
hij een direct opeisbare niet voor matiging vatbare boete van € 100,00 aan Lessor
verschuldigd.

Artículo 1
1. Los presentes Términos Generales conforman una parte integral del Acuerdo Marco firmado entre el arrendatario y el arrendador y son aplicables en base al acuerdo para concluir contratos de arrendamiento y también a todas las licitaciones, contratos, pedidos, confirmaciones de pedido y a las especificaciones del contrato realizadas por el arrendador o solicitadas al arrendador en lo que se refiere al arrendamiento.
2. Diferentes reglas y modificaciones serán aplicables únicamente si las mismas se realizan por escrito, bajo previo acuerdo y firma de ambas partes.
DERECHO DE USO
Artículo 2
1. El Arrendador queda sujeto a las disposiciones del apartado 1 del artículo 21, siendo dueño del o de los vehículo(s) arrendado(s), mientras que el Arrendatario solo tendrá derecho al uso del vehículo. Por esta razón, el Arrendatario tendrá prohibido vender, dar en prenda, alquilar, o ceder el vehículo de cualquier forma a terceros, utilizarlo para otro fin que no sea el fin al que está destinado, o asignar a terceros los derechos y obligaciones derivados del contrato de arrendamiento mencionado en lo anterior.
Artículo 3
1. En caso de que el vehículo no pueda ser utilizado, por la razón que sea, el cumplimiento por parte de el Arrendatario de sus responsabilidades (de pago) en virtud del contrato no se ve afectado, ni tampoco supone una circunstancia razonable por la cual el Arrendatario pueda presentar una demanda (por daños) en contra del Arrendador.
Artículo 4
1. En la fecha del fin de contrato de arrendamiento, el Arrendatario está obligado a trasladar el vehículo de vuelta a la oficina del Arrendador, o a cualquier otra ubicación definida por el Arrendador.
2. En la entrega del vehículo, se redactará un informe de entrega que deberá ser firmado por el Arrendatario o por una persona designada por el Arrendatario.
3. Sin menoscabo de las obligaciones del Arrendatario en el marco de las disposiciones del apartado 3 del artículo 5 y el apartado 3 del artículo 6, el Arrendatario deberá cubrir los daños no declarados que sean constatados en la entrega, y el costo de las partes que falten por medio de pago inmediato al Arrendador.
4. En la entrega, el Arrendatario deberá devolver las partes I y II del certificado de matrícula al Arrendador; en caso de que el Arrendatario incumpla el requerimiento deberá pagar una multa no reducible de 100,00 € al Arrendador.

still can protect the end part of the needle to prevent the contamination.
3. Fix the puncture point on the body. Remove the colored needle sleeve, exposing the
front end of the two-way needle. Puncture the needle by normal way on the patient's arm.
4. Put the vacuum blood sampling tube into the needle holder, use the fore finger and
ring finger to hold the needle holder's convexity, while put the thumb on the tube bottom
and press it to push the tube move to the top of the needle holder, puncture the rear of
the two-way needle into the tube rubber disk, and then observing the blood reflux and
unbinding the tourniquet.
5. When the vacuum in the tube released, the bleeding stops. At this time, press the
convexity of the needle holder with thumb slightly, make the tube disk separate from
the end of the needle, and then take out the tube from the needle holder, and shaking and

Used for spinal anesthesia.
Before use, check to see if package is sterile. Do not use if package is damaged or open.
Position patient properly.
Prepare puncture site using aseptic technique and apply local anesthesia according to standard practice.
Open package in a sterile environment.
Insert tip of the needle between vertebraes of the spinal cord passing through dural membrane and entering into
subarachnoid region where cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is available, correct location is confirmed when stylet is
pulled back and cerebrospinal fluid is seen in the clear needle hub.
When entering in subarachnoid region is confirmed; previously prepared anesthetic agent is injected.
When procedure is completed, needle is pulled back gently.
Needle and syringe are destroyed acording to medical waste regulations.
Warnings:
This device is to be used only for professional purpose and by trained professionals.
This is a single use device, cannot be re-sterilized.
Devices past expiration dates must be disposed according to the procedure.
Avoid direct sunlight, store in a cool, dry and dust free environment.
