I have been working as a freelance translator specializing in translations from English into Russian, Hebrew into Russian and Japanese into Russian for over 25 years.
I started to do technical translations from English into Ru...ssian while I was living in Japan from 1981 to 2000 utilizing my degrees in Engineering and English. I have done numerous translations for Japanese translating agencies, Japanese trading houses such as, Marubeni, Mitsui and Nissho Iwai, etc, and I have translated manuals of different equipments for technology transfer purposes. At the same time, I learned and mastered my Japanese helping other translators to translate documents from Japanese into Russian.
From 1989, I started to specialize in translations in the energy/petroleum field, marketing/management, sales manuals, technical equipment manuals, patents and science articles from Japanese into Russian. Being very interested in the medical field, I started to spread my specialties into the areas of medicine and nutrition related translation from English and Japanese into Russian.
In 1991 I published the Modern Japanese Russian Dictionary in Japan while working as a Japanese/ Russian technical translator.
In 1996 after a few years of study I received my Certificate of Japanese Language Teacher for Non-Native speakers, NAFLE Academy Institute, Tokyo
