Overquota... can't access Webmail to delete messages

Hello,

I just came back from vacation and I didn't have time to delete some messages to have more disk space, so I am overquota and can't access my account via Webmail to delete some messages. very urgent since this is my main email address.

A suggestion that worked for me some years ago (and still now) when I first had this problem.

If you usually click 'My web mail' to access the account, try clicking on 'My hosting' in stead an from there click on 'My web mail'.

No idea if it works, and I have no idea why this would be so either.
