Dear all,
the Social events tab has been updated on the Conference page

You will find information on the pre-conference ice-breaking powwow (Fri, May 20th), on the Gala dinner (Sat, May 21st), and on the post-conference arrivederci powwow (Sun, May 22nd).

Special diet requirements are available for all events, including lunches during the conference.

Please contact me or post in this forum as soon as possible (best if before May 15th) if you have any special diet requirements.

This will help me organize your special menu with the caterers!
