c.o. veut souvent dire 'changeover' en anglais, pour une vanne 3 voies, par ex., ce qui me semble vraisemblable ici ?
Par contre, du terme en français, je suis pas sûr du tout !

I strongly suspect that when it is in capitals with no points CO it does indeed mean carbon monoxide gas, as Francis suggested; though I am at a bit of a loss to know why they would be using CO gas in the first place?! Either that, or we're missing something completely.
The only other thing I thought of was something like 'combustion output' gas, but again, that hardly fits with 'future supply'...
