"Potential" would cover "possible" and/or "proposed", I think.

There is little point in an obligation to not disclose any "possible deals"; the context suggests "certain prospective/future/deals that were discussed by the Parties", i.e. proposed by one of them - this is my understanding

IMHO предполагаемые ближе к предлагаемым, чем к возможным, кроме того я встречал именно такой английский вариант неоднократно
