Spanish term

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Pension regulations
SORRY IT IS SO LONG, BUT IT WANTED TO GIVE AS MUCH CONTEXT AS POSSIBLE. The next heading is "Alta del Participe". ENROLMENT??

Sorry to barge in. Saw your question to Rob L., but since he has not yet surfaced, I venture my take. "Dado de alta" means, in this context, "included in the schedule/list/roll of active workers for Social Security purposes/contributions". IMHO.

having full social security rights

There's probably a better way of wording it but this seems to be what it means according to this def:

People who are working and who have their social security deducted from their wages.
Note from asker:
What is the English for "dado de alta en la seguridad social" please? Sorry to seem stupid.

agree Antonio Castillo González : When you are unemployed you are still eligible for social security benefits. You don't need to be working. You have your social security contributions deducted from your unemployment payments./ Your suggestion is, however, correct.

thanks. yes you're right - provided you previously contribruted and are eligible for the dole.
agree Nelida Kreer : Since Antonio withdrew his option, I am giving you my vote. Perhaps "eligible for full social security benefits" might be adequate????
